I want to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to San Antonio Business Journal for recognizing me for the 2022 40 Under 40 Awards. This achievement marks a significant milestone in my personal journey. As well as for my firm Fusion Success Group's growth. I want to thank all the people who have inspired, encouraged, and mentored me along the way. They have provided me the opportunity to serve, lead, and do meaningful work. And, of course, thanks to my parents and siblings for their lifelong support.

As the Founder and Principal of Fusion Success Group, I help people and organizations improve effectiveness by developing the systems they need to thrive in the 21st-century environment. I create structures, Lean Process improvements and streamlined operations that save time and money, reduce stress, and achieve results. As a Professional Coach, I guide people through behavioral change that drives higher levels of performance.
The formula for business success is complex. It takes strong leadership, an engaged and committed team, as well as adaptive systems and processes that deliver value over time.

With professional coaching and guidance, I leverage your existing strengths, improve leadership skills and team effectiveness, and create a custom growth strategy.
My experience spans several technical and leadership roles across Product Development, Operations, Quality, Program Management, and Engineering. I am well-regarded in my field for my in-depth process expertise combined with leadership and strategic planning skills. I now leverage my skill set to help leaders achieve their long and short-term objectives.
With an unwavering commitment to goals, I maximize potential to create positive transformation — providing personalized, effective coaching, training, and seminars.
A seasoned engineer and critical thinker with strong strategic, technical, and business acumen, I bring an analytical perspective to my work. I have a proven track record as a change catalyst and innovator across industries, and love being a part of a compelling mission to impact others.
On a personal note, I am very involved in the community through nonprofit boards and higher-education advisement. I’m giving back to the next generation, helping students navigate career options by being involved in the alumni communities at UT Austin and UTSA.
A native of San Antonio, TX, I enjoy spending my free time volunteering as room mom for my son’s kindergarten class, cooking, and gardening. My passion for competitive running continues to this day, dating back to my time as an NCAA Division I athlete for UT Austin Track & Field.
